Allan Coad (center) has over 35 years experience in business and real estate. He has built, maintained, and managed residential and commercial properties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the Virgin Islands. Allan serves as President of the Grape Tree Area Property Owners Association and is a licensed real estate agent. As a former U.S. mayor who was also appointed by the governor as a local head of Emergency Services Management, Allan knows the importance of excellent BOCA Code building construction.

Tom Yaegel (left) has been active as a property owner, developer, manager, and investor for over 20 years. After a stint as an officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers, he obtained an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Studies from Temple University in Philadelphia. He has over 30 years of financial industry experience, including serving as Senior Vice President of a Philadelphia area bank. For over 20 years, Tom has managed, developed and rehabilitated residential and commercial properties in both Philadelphia and in St. Croix.
